1. Analysis of EU experiences with ECTS
The 1st outcome should bring an analysis on EU experiences with ECTS. The benefit of that analysis for the beneficiary institution will be clear identification of main problems and obstacles in implementation of ECTS implementation at beneficiary institution.
2. Design of new model of studies at FEE-UniNI
The 2nd outcome should be a completely new model of studies at FEE-UniNI, based on 3+2 years, one-semester courses, and clear definition of study programs for different electrical engineer profiles by designing study modules and exact course dependencies.
3. Pilot implementation of ECTS at FEE-UniNI
This is a crucial outcome that has to provide the implementation of the ECTS at UniNI. It is expected that the pilot ECTS implementation on Computer Science curricula at FEE can be a good and encouraging example for other Departments at the FEEUniNI, and especially for other Faculties at the University of Nis by promoting integrated University.
4. Dissemination and reporting
Since this project should be a pilot project with ambition to become a good example for others, numerous dissemination actionswill be undertaken. Dissemination will be oriented towards the professors of other Faculties at the UniNi, other Universities in SCGand the students of the beneficiary University enabling them to understand and accept the involvement of ECTS. Two levelreporting will be employed: internal (follow up for each activity) and external for the Commission.
