On-line Help Centre was formed in order to provide support in e-learning process, through availability of instructor, and technical support upon request. The communication between the on-line Help centre and participants is considered effective or even very effective in solving problems in continuous education process.
Forums established on moodle learning platform took active role in providing e-learning support. Below are shown screens of some of forums with number of active discussions and supporting topics.
